HR Assistant

This position will assist the Human Resources department in day-to-day operations. The successful candidate must have at least 2-3 years of experience working in a human resources department, in a manufacturing environment and willing to learn all aspects of Human Resources. The HR assistant will work with upper management in performing tasks such as, assisting with –

  • 401K administration
  • Defined Benefit administration
  • Printing and logging of employee badges
  • Benefit administration
  • New hire orientation
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Personnel filing and auditing
  • Verification of employment
  • Job Descriptions
  • Reviewing reports


The candidate must have advanced skills in Microsoft Office. Being bilingual is preferred. All candidates must show stability, be self-motivated, extremely detailed, and personable. As a new employee, the employee will work with all departments in the company and be able to work with all personalities. Confidentiality is a MUST.
